Synopsis: The first scene introduces the nurse Rinne, showing off her expert fingerplay skills to her love interest, Dr. Sousuke. Throughout the movie, the handsome, mysterious, well-endowed doctor uses his position of authority to put nurses and female patients into intimacy-friendly situations and give them a taste of his unorthodox medicine. The female characters are all quickly seduced by his ways and sleep with him, which I thought was still somewhat believable as a plot. The absence of forced sex is noticeable and welcomed. It is also unclear whether Sousuke has some kind of persuasion superpower or not: sometimes his eyes glow when he gives orders but the girls don’t seem to become possessed or anything.
